dui after dui and why people cannot stop after one dui arrest

If you had to ask the dui question; why can't anyone stop after getting arrested for a dui? The answer might be in not placing any weight on the matter of getting your first dui. What are the repercussions of getting just one dui? How will my life change or be ruined with a police record for a dui?

Shouldn't the question about dui's be; why am I driving drunk?
Shouldn't the question about dui's be; won't my parents kill me if I drive drunk?
Shouldn't the question about dui's be; why am I driving drunk at 16 years old?
Shouldn't the question about dui's be; what will happen to me in jail?
Shouldn't the question about dui's be; how much will a lawyer cost to represent me?

This is good if you are asking yourself questions about driving drunk and getting your first dui.

'24' star Kiefer Sutherland has left jail in California after serving a 48-day sentence for drink driving.

A police officer said the actor had spent his sentence cleaning bed sheets on laundry duty and had been "very humble".

The 41-year-old was sentenced after pleading no contest - or guilty.

The former Lost actress also lied about having completed her community service, reports Daily Mail.

Rodriguez, 29, must report to L.A. County jail by December 24, according to TMZ. Just in time for Christmas.

Former WWE wrestler Kurt Angle was charged with DUI and careless driving after being pulled over on the afternoon of September 28.

No future hearing has been set for the TNA star, reports TMZ.

An attorney for actress Vivica A. Fox pleaded not guilty to charges that Vivica was drink-driving.

The Kill Bill actress was not in court herself. Prosecutors charged Fox with one count of driving under the influence and one count of driving over the legal limit of .08, reports TMZ. When cops pulled her over last March she blew .09 and failed the breath test.

She is due back in court on October 29.

Lane Garrison has been moved to the California Institute for Men, for 90 days.

Nicole Richie went to prison yesterday expecting a four-day sentence, but she was a free woman after spending just 82 minutes behind bars.

She was released earlier due to jail overcrowding, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

Nicole, who is five-months pregnant, went into the same LA jail as Paris Hilton.

As part of her sentence, she also agreed to serve a three-year probation term, will undergo an alcohol education programme, and was fined $2,048.

She was arrested in December 2006 after being spotted driving the wrong way on an L.A. freeway. She was previously convicted of DUI in June 2003.

She was put on three years' probation, and must do community service and complete a drug treatment programme according to BBC.

She avoided more serious charges because she was only in possession of a small quantity of drugs both times she was arrested.

Ty Pennington was sentenced on Friday for driving under the influence of alcohol. Pennington received 3 years probation, a $1,500 fine, and was ordered to attend a 90-day alcohol awareness program.

Prosecutors think that Paris Hilton should be jailed for 45 days for violating her probation over a drink-driving charge.

They also want the 26-year-old to stay away from alcohol for 90 days and have her licence suspended for an additional four months.

Paris pleaded no contest in January to reckless driving, but police have spotted the heiress driving when she should have not been.

She is also accused of failing to enrol in an alcohol education programme by a court-ordered deadline, reports BBC.

A judge will make a ruling today at a probation violation hearing, but TMZ reports that Paris arrived at court 18 minutes late.
