david hasselhoff and others need a sober companion at all times to save themselves from suicide

David Hasselhoff was rushed to the hospital this weekend after his 16-year-old daughter Hayley found him passed out on the floor of his home. Hasselhoff had a .39 alcohol level and was barely breathing when they got him to the hospital. No word on his current condition yet.

The message to david hasselhoff's children is clear. Alcoholics need a sober companion at all times. Especially those with the means to pay for it.

Its clear that this man has no limits on the amount he drinks, and is headed for suicide if a sober companion is not hired immediately.

One more DUI: will you learn after you kill a student in your way?

Do you think you would learn your lesson in DUI, only after you kill a student in your way?

"Driving drunk does not only happen after the bars close, but also during school hours."

Cherokee High School graduate Brittany Elaine Weiss once directed school plays about the consequences of drunken driving. Unfortunately, she found out the consequences personally, because on Friday, the 19-year-old Gordon College student was killed by a man accused of a DUI (drunken driving).

She went to see a tom cruise movie

Will Banks, a friend from high school, said he saw Weiss enter a movie theater Thursday night to see the tom cruise film “Valkyrie.” Weiss had just left a Canton movie theater at about 12:15 a.m. Friday when her 2008 Toyota Scion was struck broadside by a 2003 Town & Country minivan.

The driver of the minivan, Stephen Patrick Wauschek of Canton, is in Cherokee County Jail, where he faces charges of DUI and first-degree vehicular homicide, police said.

was he calling his lawyer while on the chase?

Canton police had tried to stop the suspect for possible DUI and an expired license tag, but Wauschek refused to stop. During a chase that police described as “low-speed,” the minivan ran a red light and struck Weiss’ Scion, police said.

He tried to run away on foot but was caught, authorities said, and had a suspended Michigan driver’s license.

Police said Wauschek had been arrested by Cherokee County Sheriff’s deputies in September on charges of DUI, striking a fixed object and attempting to elude.

A Cherokee County magistrate judge on Friday evening set Wauschek’s bond at $318,000, but, because he had violated probation from previous DUI charges, a hold was put on his bond, police spokesman Sgt. Jay Baker said. “He cannot bond out of jail unless the hold is removed [by his probation officer] at a later date,” Baker said.

Weiss, an only child, was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger in the Scion, Kassandra Aileen Carman, 19, was injured and taken to Well Star Kennestone Hospital, where she was in critical but stable condition Friday.

“She was talking to Kayce [Kassandra Carman] as she was walking in. After the movie was over, it slipped my mind because I was in a hurry to get home. I wish I could have talked to her one last time to say goodbye.”

David Bachman, who knew Weiss since elementary school, said he hadn’t talked to her in a year but remembered her fondly.

“She was an angel,” he said. “Now that she’s gone, I think she still is an angel.”

DUI rock bottom hits when you crash into a tree

DUI: rock bottom hits when you find yourself behind the wheel of your car and you crashed into a tree.

That's not the rock bottom part, but when the police find you, then you know after you sober up at the police station or in a hospital, that you have hit rock bottom.

It happens during every big holiday like christmas, new years or even after a night on the town. It happened in Columbia.

The columbia police officers responded to several calls of a disturbance involving a DWI late Wednesday morning, as officers were dispatched to 1729 West Broadway shortly before 11:00 a.m.

When you drive drunk you kill people, including yourself and your passengers

The vehicle involved was driving erratic and people had to jump out of the way of an out of control vehicle.

The passenger made things worse by changing places with the drunk driver

Prior to the police arrival, the suspect vehicle driven at that time by Philip Peterson, collided with a tree near the parking lot. Peterson exited the vehicle and a passenger, Darrin Woods, got in the drivers seat and backed the vehicle away from the tree.

Woods lost control of the vehicle and while backing at a high rate of speed was thrown out of the vehicle. The vehicle continued to circle on the parking lot and subsequently collided with a building and a telephone pole. Witnesses provided a description of the suspects and the vehicle.

The drunk do stupid things including shoplifting

Upon the police arrival they located and arrested the three suspects. The investigation revealed that at least one suspect, Danielle Woods, had shoplifted from the Gerbes supermarket and the stolen merchandise was recovered from the suspect vehicle.

Darrin Woods and Philip Peterson were both intoxicated and arrested for Driving While Intoxicated $500 bond, Minor in Possession of Alcohol $300 bond and 2nd Degree Property Damage $500 bond. Danielle Woods was arrested for third offense Stealing with a $4500 bond.

Darrin Woods was transported to a local hospital for minor head injuries as a result of being thrown from the vehicle. There was minor damage to the tree, telephone pole and building.

dui after dui and why people cannot stop after one dui arrest

If you had to ask the dui question; why can't anyone stop after getting arrested for a dui? The answer might be in not placing any weight on the matter of getting your first dui. What are the repercussions of getting just one dui? How will my life change or be ruined with a police record for a dui?

Shouldn't the question about dui's be; why am I driving drunk?
Shouldn't the question about dui's be; won't my parents kill me if I drive drunk?
Shouldn't the question about dui's be; why am I driving drunk at 16 years old?
Shouldn't the question about dui's be; what will happen to me in jail?
Shouldn't the question about dui's be; how much will a lawyer cost to represent me?

This is good if you are asking yourself questions about driving drunk and getting your first dui.

No future hearing has been set for the TNA star, reports TMZ.

An attorney for actress Vivica A. Fox pleaded not guilty to charges that Vivica was drink-driving.

Nicole Richie went to prison yesterday expecting a four-day sentence, but she was a free woman after spending just 82 minutes behind bars.

She was released earlier due to jail overcrowding, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

Nicole, who is five-months pregnant, went into the same LA jail as Paris Hilton.

As part of her sentence, she also agreed to serve a three-year probation term, will undergo an alcohol education programme, and was fined $2,048.

She avoided more serious charges because she was only in possession of a small quantity of drugs both times she was arrested.

Ty Pennington was sentenced on Friday for driving under the influence of alcohol. Pennington received 3 years probation, a $1,500 fine, and was ordered to attend a 90-day alcohol awareness program.

Prosecutors think that Paris Hilton should be jailed for 45 days for violating her probation over a drink-driving charge.

They also want the 26-year-old to stay away from alcohol for 90 days and have her licence suspended for an additional four months.

Paris pleaded no contest in January to reckless driving, but police have spotted the heiress driving when she should have not been.

She is also accused of failing to enrol in an alcohol education programme by a court-ordered deadline, reports BBC.

A judge will make a ruling today at a probation violation hearing, but TMZ reports that Paris arrived at court 18 minutes late.
