relapse aetv is about sober coaches who fail because 1 week is not enough

Meet the sober coaches of A&E 'Relapse"

Before dr. sober companion gives our point of view and critique the show, lets first read the press release about "relapse"

A&E Network is in production on the new original Real-Life series, "Relapse" from the Emmy®-Award winning producers of A&E's critically acclaimed "Intervention." The series will follow sober coaches as they do whatever it takes to help high-risk addicts break the cycle of relapse and addiction. Five one-hour episodes of "Relapse" have been ordered and will premiere second quarter 2011.

"Relapse" is an intense, emotionally charged series that follows the country's leading sober coaches as they work to save the lives of addicts who have turned back to drugs and alcohol. More than 50% of addicts who get sober will relapse, and addicts who continue to do so, generally need one-on-one help. Sober coaches are former addicts who have found their way back to clean living. They dedicate their lives to giving individualized attention to those who can't break their destructive habits. The coaches are often a last resort for addicts who have tried other methods to get sober but have failed.

Each episode of "Relapse" follows two sober coaches over the course of a week as they work one-on-one with addicts to get them through painful withdrawal symptoms, face personal challenges and reconnect with family and friends who have lost hope. The coaches know the road back to sobriety and will do whatever it takes, no matter how drastic, to help the clients get sober. For the first time ever, viewers will be invited to ride along with sober coaches as they jump into the lives of their clients, forming a bond that is the heart of every episode, and make them face their demons head on.

"Relapse" is produced by GRB Productions for A&E Network. Gary Benz, Michael Branton and Dan Partland are executive producers. Jeff Grogan serves as co-executive producer. A&E executive producers are Robert Sharenow and Jordana Hochman. Colleen Conway developed the series for A&E.

After watching a few episodes of aetv relapse about sober coaches (sober companions), I saw some details about sober companions (sober coaches) that may be confusing to someone seeking help.

Dr. Sober Companion wanted to clarify  a few issues:

1. Dr. Sober Companion Rob Tencer DC, BSc was asked to appear on "Relapse", but turned the offer down, when I was told I could work on the addict for only 1 week.

2. It has now become apparent that the addicts were still using, and did not meet the requirement by Dr. Sober Companion, that the addicts must be detoxed for at least 1 month, prior to dr. sober companion having any positive affect on helping the addict.

3. Dropping an addict off at a recovery center instead of staying with them is an abandonment of the job, if done within the same time frame that they have paid for 24 hour supervision. (in fairness, with only 1 week to help an addict, dropping them off at rehab is better than the family identifying the body at the county morgue)

4. Not searching the addicts body, clothing and other personal items for drugs, before accepting them is also inexcusable.

5. Not removing the addict from their environment and their hidden stashes, and close by dealers is also careless and inexcusable. (the addict knows every hiding place in their own home. stash is always close by)

6. Not removing ALL enablers, including family, friends, spouses, children, girlfriends, boyfriends, best friend is the same as doing nothing to help them.
Neighborhood drug dealers (close to home)
7. Not staying with the addict 24 hours a day, is also an abandonment of duties as a sober companion / sober coach.

While all the sober coaches on aetv are recovering addicts themselves, who think they understand an addict better because they were once in just as bad shape as the addicts, I am here to tell you that this misinformation is just untrue. An recovering addict is just as susceptible to the temptation as the addict they are trying to help. The demons that the sober coaches on aetv are carrying are heavily weighing them down every day of their lives.

So dr. sober companion rejected the offer by aetv.com "relapse" to help someone addicted within 1 week, because this short amount of time guarantees failure. A minimal amount of time would be 30 days, to actually do the addict some good.

While dr. sober companion Rob Tencer DC, Bsc is only one man, and unable to help more than 1 addict at a time, he is hiring sober companions who have a similar ideology, philosophy, and similar treatment plan for helping addicts. If interested: Please send your photo and a resume to email dr. sober companion.

Charlie Sheen and Jeff Rossen Spell anti AA message

Charlie Sheen's favorite interview was the one he did with Jeff Rossen. This happens to be the same snake that has made it his passion to go after people he believes will die of a drug overdose.
Dr. Sober Companion does not trust Jeff Rossen, because of the studio's heavy editing that he works for.

How does Dr. Sober Companion know this about Jeff Rossen?

Dr. Sober Companion first came in contact with Jeff Rossen after the Michael Jackson death was blamed on Dr. shopping, which means he looked for doctors willing to write him an unlimited amount of prescriptions. The other method was to find enablers that would doctor shop, tell them the prescriptions they needed and give it to the celebrity. If the enabler completed the task, they could remain part of the inner circle. If they did not bring back the prescription drugs they were out of the inner circle.

Like Charlie Sheen, Dr. Sober Companion was also interviewed by Jeff Rossen. The interview with Jeff Rossen lasted about 30 minutes, but was later edited to a very brief statement against the use of drugs, and the harm it causes.

One thing that Charlie Sheen and Dr. Sober companion have in common is that we are both anti AA. Possibly for different reasons, and quite possibly for more of the same reasons.

Dr. sober companion is against the Alcoholics Anonymous meetings (12 step) because it brings all the enablers to one room, causing the addiction they are trying to remove from their lives back to the center of attention.

I applaud charlie sheen for speaking out against the 12 step and against AA. He has gone on record stating it was a waste of 22 years of his life.

A celebrities father fights the medical industry for getting his child hooked

Finally a parent is fighting the medical industry, by demanding an investigation into medical doctors prescribing highly addictive drugs to his child. While it may be for the wrong reasons, the father is Michael Lohan, who appears to have a need to be in the press almost as much as his daughter lindsay lohan. regardless of his motive, THIS PARENT SEEMS TO STAND ALONE AGAINST MEDICAL DOCTORS.

It disturbed dr. sober companion, that addicted inmates, could keep their prescriptions filled even when incarcerated. There goes the thought of going cold turkey.

A couple months ago, Dr. Nathan Kuemmerle, was arrested for possible over prescribing drugs to his patients, something that was revealed in his case was very interesting to dr. sober companion, and that was that the state board had records of what doctors prescribed what medications and how much they prescribed. This information I thought, could be so useful to determine which medical doctor was a doctor feelgood, the kind that addicts shop for. This list would be so revealing, if it made it public. The question is, can the attorney general get this list, and start going after the doctors? Other questions might arise, what would be considered prescribing to much? A very good question, but the answer is much easier to determine. The answer is which doctors are on the top of the spectrum, of over prescribing. While Dr. Nathan Kuemmerle, was the number 1 prescriber of highly addictive drugs, who else is in the top 10 of over prescribing. Could we at least get the top 5? i would be a little hapier if we could even get the runner up, to the king of over prescribing Dr. Nathan Kuemmerle.

Its said that the law of california is broken, when overprescribing occurs. The question for a long time has been will the medical board keep quiet about the list, or will they reveal the scumbags who are killing your son and daughter, by first getting them addicted when they are young, and then by continuing to give them their drugs. Mr. Lohan is right about this situation, and what it might do to stop these doctors from operating. Mr. lohan wants them to held accountable for their actions, and they should.
Is your son or daughter getting their fix, legally through prescription? Isn't it time you join Michael Lohan in his fight against unscrupulous doctors who addic their children.

Did Dr. Nathan Kuemmerle kill your son or daughter or just get them addicted?

So they got one medical doctor out of thousands just like him, that killed your son and daughter, or got them addicted to drugs. Its not only the medical doctors they need to go after, but the pharmaceutical companies and the politicians that gave them a monopoly and immunity.

Dr. Sober Companion is happy, that one more medical doctor is off the streets, but now the families of all the victims need to come forward and make a bigger case against the pharmaceutical companies for causing over doses, unneeded deaths and unstoppable addictions, that are fueled by the medical industry.

Dr. Sober companion is hoping and praying that another medical doctor does not take the place of this criminal, that killed your son and daughter.

WEST HOLLYWOOD PSYCHIATRIST, OFFICE MANAGER ARRESTED ON CHARGES OF WRITING HUGE NUMBER OF PRESCRIPTIONS FOR ADDICTIVE DRUGS WITHOUT EXAMINING CASH-PAYING ‘PATIENTS’
A doctor who maintains a clinic in West Hollywood and his office manager were arrested this afternoon on federal charges of conspiring to distribute controlled substances for writing thousands of prescriptions for highly addictive drugs for “patients” he did not examine and who simply paid cash for the prescriptions.
Dr. Nathan Kuemmerle, 37, of Hollywood, was arrested without incident at his residence by special agents with the Drug Enforcement Administration and officers with the Redondo Beach Police Department.
Antonie “Tony” Phillips, 28, of the Koreatown district of Los Angeles, was also arrested without incident this afternoon at Kuemmerle’s clinic.
Both men were charged in a criminal complaint filed on Friday in United States District court that accuses both of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, a charge that carries a penalty of up to 20 years in federal prison.
The arrests follow a joint investigation by the Redondo Beach Police Department and the DEA’s Tactical Diversion Squad, which is charged with investigating all allegations of diversion of legal drugs into the illicit market. The investigation used informants and undercover techniques to develop a 98-page affidavit that outlines how Kuemmerle received patients without appointments, wrote prescriptions for drugs like Adderall and Xanax during meetings that lasted only a few minutes, and took cash payments that he simply stuffed into his pockets.
After analyzing Kuemmerle’s prescribing history and reviewing undercover tapes made at the medical clinic, a San Diego-based psychiatrist concluded that “there is overwhelming evidence that Dr. Kuemmerle is running a quintessential ‘pill mill.’” From the beginning of 2006 through late November 2009, Kuemmerle wrote 14,529 prescriptions for a variety of controlled substances, meaning that he averaged 15 prescriptions during his normal five-hour workday, according to the report by Dr. Steven Ornish, who is also an associate clinical professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of California, San Diego.
“Dr. Kuemmerle’s professional conduct has been egregious, grossly negligent, flagrantly incompetent, and dangerous, and this is not a close call,” Dr. Ornish wrote.
The affidavit in support of the criminal complaint, where Dr. Ornish’s report is summarized, also notes that during 2009 Kuemmerle wrote more prescriptions for the largest available dosage of amphetamine salts – the generic name for Adderall – than any other doctor in California, and that he wrote 3½ times more amphetamine salts prescriptions than the number two prescriber of the drug. The affidavit also notes that an analysis of records from the years 2006 through November 2009 shows that Kuemmerle was the state’s second-largest prescriber of all Schedule II drugs, which include the highly addictive substances amphetamine salts (Adderall), oxycodone (OxyContin), hydrocodone (Vicodin and Norco), and alprazolam (Xanax).
“The misuse of prescription drugs remains a great cause for concern,” said Timothy J. Landrum, the Special Agent in Charge of the Drug Enforcement Administration in Los Angeles. “In 2008, there were 2.5 million people aged 12 and older who used prescription drugs non-medically for the first time – that is almost 7,000 new users every day. It is unfortunate that any physician would abuse their position of trust in our communities by irresponsibly prescribing these powerful drugs. The DEA is committed to working with our law enforcement partners to ensure physicians such as Dr. Kuemmerle are brought to justice.”
Kuemmerle is a physician specializing in psychiatry who obtained his medical license in 2004. He operates a clinic on Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood, where Phillips is the office manager. According to the affidavit, Phillips sometimes initially discussed with the “patients” what drugs they wanted, and he often prepared prescriptions for Kuemmerle’s signature.
The investigation into Kuemmerle began in August 2009 when Redondo Beach Police arrested an individual who had offered Adderall for sale on Craigslist. That individual pointed to Kuemmerle as the source of the Adderall, telling the police that Kuemmerle wrote prescriptions on numerous occasions without any medical examination, and that the doctor would write prescriptions for various names during a single visit. According to the affidavit, Kuemmerle later wrote prescriptions for Subutex, which at $15 a tablet was expensive, so the doctor suggested that the individual sell Adderall on Craigslist to help pay for the Subutex, an opiate which is used to treat opiate addictions.
The information from this informant was corroborated by other informants and led to a series of undercover buys by Redondo Beach Police Officers and Special Agents with the DEA, according to the affidavit. The undercover law enforcement officials visited Kuemmerle’s clinic seven times in recent months, and each time they were given prescriptions of Adderall or Xanax in exchange for cash. An undercover police officer received prescriptions for both drugs for $150 during a visit that lasted only eight minutes.
Kuemmerle and Phillips are expected to make their initial court appearances tomorrow in United States District Court in Los Angeles.
A criminal complaint contains allegations that a defendant has committed a crime. Every defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in court.
Kuemmerle is the latest medical doctor to be charged in a drug “diversion” case where legitimate medicine is diverted to illegal uses. In an unrelated case, a Duarte doctor is scheduled to be sentenced tomorrow afternoon after pleading guilty to distributing huge quantities of painkillers in exchange for cash (see: http://www.justice.gov/usao/cac/pressroom/pr2009/010.html).

In the above press release, an informant was mentioned. Was the informant, david lerman, who posed as patients in many undercover operations for TV shows like NBC's highly rated Today Show? How important was the information provided by the informant for burrying the doctor?

If famous and weathly addicts only want Lori Cerasoli to be their sober companion will celebs die waiting?

Lori Cerasoli is a sober companion that has been written about numerous times as being associated with alcoholic and drug addicted celebrities like Drew Barrymore, Lindsay Lohan, Mary Kate Olsen.

There have even been articles about celebs fighting over Lori Cerasoli, and who should have access. From the articles about Lori Cerasoli, we learn that a female sober companion like Lori Cerasoli, works best with females, while a sober companion like dr. sober companion's rob tencer, works best with males.

Please remember that dr. sober companion works on the principles of total abstinence of drugs and alcohol, and complete removal of the enablers that are ruining your life. Sometimes, enablers include family. Also remember, that Lori Cerasoli was a recovering alcoholic herself, unlike dr. sober companion rob tencer, whom never had a drug or alcohol addiction.

Please keep in mind that dr. sober companion also employs female sober companions, so you can have someone like Lori Cerasoli when you really need it.

Did dr. drew pinsky kill dj am with a prescription medication found next to his dead body?

Did Dr. Drew Pinsky supply the prescriptions that killed dj am?

At the dr. sober companion offices, we were trying to figure out why dr. drew pinsky came out so quickly with a statement about his work with dj am. (Adam Goldstein)

Was this pre-emptive because of a prescription pill bottle found next to the dead body of dj am Adam Goldstein, that may have been prescribed with dr. drew pinsky's name as the prescribing doctor written on it?

DJ AM, whose real name was Adam Goldstein, was found dead in his apartment Friday evening. A crack pipe and prescription pills were found in the Manhattan apartment, said a law enforcement official, who spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the investigation was ongoing.

Dr. Drew Pinsky made some startling comments to the Associated Press writer Colleen Long, that were very alarming to us at dr. sober companion.

Dr. Drew Pinsky made such hastily made quick statements, which may have caused more damage, than the damage control, that dr. drew pinsky was trying to erase.

Dr. Drew Pinsky said Saturday:

"pain medications likely led disc jockey DJ AM, a former drug addict who died suddenly Friday, away from his sober path." "It very slowly and subtly reawakens addiction"

Dr
. Drew Pinsky said: "I'm not saying it was inappropriately prescribed, I'm saying he didn't know the risks." Was this statement because Dr. Drew Pinsky prescribed the pain medications?

Why does dr. drew pinsky continue explaining pain medication as part of the cause of dj am's death? Dr. Drew Pinsky said he believed pain medication Adam Goldstein took for injuries sustained in the plane crash that required two skin graft surgeries reawakened his addiction to drugs. Again, dr. sober companion ask the question, were the pain medications prescribed by dr. drew pinsky?

Dr. Sober Companion, continues to stress to the media and to the public, that drug and alcohol addiction is a confidential matter, and should not be glamorized with a TV reality show. Nor should the advice of a TV doctor be followed, as fact.

Dr. Drew Pinsky
is the host of VH1's "Celebrity Rehab," where he helps troubled stars get off of drugs and alcohol. He has a zero percent success rate as all of the celebrities relapsed, and should not be labeled the national expert on drug addiction.

While we are uncertain of Dr. Drew Pinsky's involvement as a consultant of a new TV show about drug addiction on MTV, that DJ AM had just finished, it is more than possible that Dr. Drew Pinsky and Adam Goldstein were working very closely.

The show centered on rehab, was to start airing in October on MTV, and was called "Gone Too Far," featuring Adam Goldstein staging interventions with young people battling their own addictions. MTV said it has not decided on the show's future.

Dr. Drew Pinsky said of Adam Goldstein, he had long preached sobriety and openly discussed his earlier addictions to drugs including crack cocaine and Ecstasy with me.

It was based on DJ AM's previous addiction, that startled us the most about dr. drew pinsky's statement:
DJ AM had said:
"I am a recovering drug addict. When I see it and I'm in their room and the paraphernalia and the whole lifestyle and everything, I still, 11 years later, have that little thing in my head that starts thinking, 'Oh, where's that? I wonder what that is?'"

"Dr. Drew Pinsky laughed at the notion that being close to addicts may have caused Adam Goldstein to relapse, even though Adam Goldstein admitted to the associated press of being terrified at watching people go through harrowing addictions and it made him recall his own battles.

"That's not in any way the kind of thing that leads to someone relapsing," he said.

Dr. Sober Companion begs to differ.

Being in a room full of addicts, drives the addict to think about using every day. Even if an addict, has not used in several years. Once exposed to drug talk, he cannot resist. This is why dr. sober companion is against 12 step, and removing enablers and especially a room full of addicts from the environment of our clients, who are all talking about drugs and their addictions.

Group therapy led by a clown

We are in shock, how insensitive dr. drew pinsky is to the cold reality that group therapy encourages drug use. For him to laugh at the notion is irresponsible and just plain ignorant to us.

Dr. Drew Pinsky, tries to distance himself from DJ AM

Much in the same way he tried to distance himself from the deaths and rapes at the Las Encinas, an addiction rehab hospital where he was the clinical director. Dr. Drew Pinsky expressed his grief over the loss of Adam Goldstein. He said he considered himself a friend of the late star, and though they had not spoken for "a while," the two relayed messages to each other through friends and were "very close."

Pinsky called Goldstein a model for people going through recovery and said the disc jockey was selfless when it came to helping others overcome their addictions.
"He sponsors other people, and in his words, will go to the mat supporting people on their recovery," Pinsky said.

Dr. Drew pinsky who has been linked to the deaths of several drug addicted people at his hospital where he was the chief in charge, as well as his zero percent recovery rate of any of his celebrity clients on his popular celebrity rehab reality tv show, is still being considered the national expert for drug addiction and recovery.

Even though dr. Drew should not be classified as the foremost addiction specialist and a national expert, this has not stopped the media from putting dr. Drew on a perch and giving him a voice.

Now it has come to light, that dr. Drew may have played a part in the overdose death of yet another young person.

What we have learned about dr. drew pinsky and his methods, through recent comments made by dr. Drew pinsky in the news prove his methods don't work, and are actually harmful to anyone who tries them. re: Pinsky laughed at the notion that being close to addicts may have caused Goldstein to relapse.
"That's not in any way the kind of thing that leads to someone relapsing," he said.

Dr. Sober Companion strongly disagrees with dr. drew pinsky who laughs at the notion that as part of an addicts prescribed treatment, where the addict is placed in a room full of other addicts , he says, this won't cause someone like dj am, to return to his desire for drug use.

Dr. sober companion would also, never ever send a drug addict to someone trying to quit. Dr. Sober companion would keep all enablers including friends and family away from the client we are trying to help. Unlike the failed techniques of dr. drew pinsky who said: "DJ AM was a very supportive recovery person."

Pinsky recalled how when Crazytown's Seth "Shifty" Binzer, a former patient on "Celebrity Rehab," was going through his recovery process, Pinsky urged him to reach out to DJ AM, who was a former member of the defunct band, to help learn how to stay sober."He was someone I referred people to to learn about recovery," said Pinsky. (Is Dr. Drew's techniques of sending addicts to DJ AM the reason he was found dead with a crack pipe and pill bottles by his side?)

Which is why Dr. Drew Pinsky finds the circumstances of DJ AM's death so shocking: "It was so much of a surprise I have a hard time believing it."

Now I have to refresh your memory about what dr. drew pinsky was involved in, concerning the deaths and rapes of several patients.

When Alex Clyburn entered Las Encinas, a clinical registered nurse at the facility told the family he would be monitored every 15 minutes in the hours after he was admitted, but his mother said that didn't happen. According to the Los Angeles Times, the mental health worker involved in Clyburn's case has since been fired.

"He was absolutely not checked on every 15 minutes," said Arline Clyburn. "We left him at 10 p.m. in the evening. He was at 7:15 in the morning found stiff, rigid and unresponsive in his room lying in his bed.

"The paramedics called and arrived and pronounced him stiff and rigid and they didn't even perform CPR, and at 7:45 he was pronounced dead."

Clyburn said that one of the reasons the family chose Las Encinas was her son's admiration for Pinsky after watching the first season of "Celebrity Rehab."

"I picked it because of a couple of things, one of which was the professional people who were experts in chemical dependency, and our son had been watching Dr. Drew Pinsky's program on TV and was very impressed with his level of success," she said. "He was considered a national expert. "

"I think Dr. Drew is responsible for the quality of care on that unit and he should have known that there needed to be corrections made," said Clyburn, who said she plans to sue the hosptial for malpractice.

"I hold him responsible for my son's death, yes."

Dr. Sober companion is against this method of placing one vulnerable drug addict in a room with other drug addicts. This method was made popular by 12 step programs such as AA and NA.

Dr. Sober companions method of total abstinence from drugs and alcohol as well as complete removal from enablers, is the only sure way to keep an addict alive.

Dr. Sober companion also provides 24 hour supervision, which prevents suicide attempts, and self destruction activities. Dr. Sober Companion could have saved the life of DJ AM. Its to late for him, but it is not to late for your son or daughter.

Another reason that group therapy (12 step and rehab clinics / hospitals) don't work.

"Las Encinas layout makes it harder to watch patients," said Gatlin. "There are a lot of little buildings on the grounds, and when people are that vulnerable you need to be watching them closely."Pinsky acknowledged that the expansive facility does lead to what he referred to as "challenges" for the unit managers. "It's for sure a challenge on my unit in terms of keeping drugs out," said Pinsky. "But that's a challenge of any chemical dependency program -- it's just an extra one at Las Encinas. Where you find addicts, you find drugs. But we are hypervigilant."

Dr. sober companion is all about giving a client his full attention and a one on one approach, and removing all enablers. In sharp contrast, Dr. drew Pinsky admits the failures of rehab facilities like his, have problems keeping drugs out. He continues to add: Where you find addicts, you find drugs. He states: "that's a challenge of any chemical dependency program". Dr. Sober Companion clarify's: "It should be corrected that it is a challenge to any group rehab facility and not a one on one approach of sober companions like dr. sober companion. The challenge dr. pinsky has is created when the motive is greed in filling the beds with addicts, instead of increasing the work and decreasing the amount of patients treated nat the same time.

why does debbie rowe want restraining order from michael jackson father joe jackson?

Because of the death of Michael Jackson, the truth is unraveling about years of child abuse by Michael Jackson's father Joe Jackson. The same man that was recently seen as more concerned with promoting a new record label then mourning his son's death at the BET awards, and the next morning in a press conference.

Dr. Sober Companion is disgusted at this parents actions.

The child abuse sometimes starts with emotional or physical abuse or both, and continues with maybe the worst form of child abuse of them all; "enabling".

Dr. Sober Companion continues to see a pattern of child abuse and enabling by parents and its growing worse every day.

The parents are sometimes the worst enabler in the entire entourage. The parents and the entire entourage are all enablers, whom love their meal ticket, have become accustomed to their new comfort level and would not want to jeopardize that sweetened financial arrangement by the parent actually speaking out against the destructive behaviors of their children.

What is an enabler?
Destructive behaviors that could cause the demise of the meal ticket such as drug addiction, alcoholism, self mutilation, must not be scrutinized, chastised or told to refrain from by the entourage if they want to continue their good lives. They see it as a fun roller coaster in a theme park, that they want to ride as much as they can, until the park closes or the host of their fun expires.

Why do the children need a restraining order from Joe Jackson?
While in the current Michael Jackson children situation, it is entirely possible that being awarded custody by Debbie Rowe, might really be because Debbie Rowe is less concerned about the possible threat of child abuse of Michael Jackson's 3 children by their grandfather Joe Jackson, and more about getting a monthly living expense, not currently accounted for in Michael Jackson's will. While Debbie Rowe has already been given her payoff for what she was hired to do, that appears to not be enough. (It will be interesting to know who is giving her advice and who she will show up to court with?)

The fact that Debbie Rowe wants to separate the 3 children, and only take Paris and Michael Jr., is criminal in itself for the psychological damage that comes with separating children of a recently deceased family member. This action of separation, could be enough to drive the children into psychological damage for life.

Even if Debbie Rowe proves through DNA testing that she is the biological mother, she only gets Paris and Michael Jr., while the true damage is in separation of the 3 Michael Jackson Children.

While I only speculate about Michael Jackson, we now have proof via Debbie Rowe, that Joe Jackson is toxic. Why else would Debbie Rowe seek a restraining order to keep Joe Jackson away from the children?

Please save your child's life.
With all the damage that parents can do to their children by enabling out of selfishness, it becomes clear that the most damage can come from parents. Dr. Sober Companion takes ALL enablers out of the equation. Dr. Sober Companion's goal is to keep his clients alive by removing enablers.

Talk to your children!
Are you an enabler? Please tell your children the truth no matter what the outcome is in your entourage status. At least you will be able to live with yourself, and your children might even surprise you by actually listening.

The parents of michael jackson are using doctor conrad murray as the fall guy?

Dr. Sober companion was reviewing the many articles of the doctor who was with Michael Jackson when he died. Dr. Sober companion wants to know why is this doctor so important in the death of Michael Jackson, when there were so many warnings and many more people to blame?
This is not a conspiracy theory, but proof that enablers can ruin a life.

In a strategic communications or damage control move by someone hired in the michael jackson camp, (perhaps his parents), the deflection of guilt has begun for the death of a famous drug addict, even more famous than heath ledger. How long have they been planning this charade?

Dr. Conrad Murray was selected by michael jackson and paid by his concert promoter Randy Phillips, president and CEO of AEG Live, the company promoting Jackson's tour. The perfect fall guy to take the blame for the death of michael jackson. A doctor with a past of money problems and legal issues easily reviewed by the internet or a simple credit check. (or a team of nearly out of work reporters, fighting to keep their jobs)

What fan of Michael Jackson would not want to work with an icon? Dr. Murray was easy to obtain and manipulate. Dr. Murray needed the money and made a deal with the devil, that would cost him his license and his dignity as a human being.

For this fall guy to refuse all that was promised to him, was far to much to turn down. He was bought and paid for, and this alone is why he should not be to blame. It is true that Dr. Murray, was Jackson's physician for three years, but even with a history with Michael, the drug addiction started before michael found the latest in a line of "yes" doctors. Dr. Murray surely made the wrong choices and will suffer everything that comes along with those life decisions.

We know Michael had a drug addiction because of a lawsuit in 2007 between Mickey Fine Pharmacy in Beverly Hills vs. Michael Jackson for allegedly not paying a pharmacy bill grand total: $101,926.66. Mickey Fine Pharmacy in Beverly Hills sued Michael Jackson, claiming he agreed to "pay the purchase price of any prescription medications filled." We have the news reporters to thank, for uncovering this fact.

It was also reported in the news, that the concert promoter took several massive insurance policies out on the chance the tour would be canceled. The insurance company required medical physicals before agreeing to insure AEG.

The concert tour promoter Randy Phillips, president and CEO of AEG Live, said that sometime in February 2009, Michael Jackson submitted to "five-plus hours of physicals that the insurance underwriter insisted on. The concert promoter was told Michael Jackson passed with flying colors."

If anyone did more than a 5 hours battery of medical physicals designed to detect health problems, drugs in the system, severe weight loss or needle pricks from the daily or hourly injections of a full blown addict and then cleared the patient, you would have to say the physical exam was a joke.

Michael Jackson, in poor health and highly addicted to drugs would have certainly tested positive to real tests and should have failed the exams. Do you really think this can be blamed on a single doctor, and not a larger entity of people? Its like saying Madoff did it all without knowledge of anyone else in his company.

What other medical doctors and labs were part of this scam? You would have to also blame the medical lab and even the phlebotomist who drew the blood and urine samples, and whomever was involved in this scam to hide the true health of Michael Jackson.

Randy Phillips said AEG Live held multiple insurance policies covering cancellation of the shows. If the truth is uncovered about the true health of the drug addict Michael Jackson, then Randy Phillips and AEG wil never collect.

will damage control hide what drugs were in michael jackson system

Strategic communications (damage control) expert Michael Levine was once hired by michael jackson, no doubt for damage control. Who will cover up the drug use now that michael jackson died of over prescribed pharmaceutical medications? Besides demerol, what else was michael jackson addicted to?

Will the parents go after the doctor? What licensed doctors will lose their medical license over michael jackson's death?

In a recent poem by Alex Balk, he wrote:

“Who killed Michael Jackson?”
“I,” said the Doctor,
“From my needle he got that last Demerol shot.
I killed Michael Jackson.”

The truth of the matter is, you don't need to be michael jackson to die of over prescribed medications. You don't need to be michael jackson or a celebrity to be addicted to drugs.

parents care enough to sue the doctor that over prescribed and killed their son

Sober companion like dr. sober companion is a parent who is sickened by childrens addiction to drugs prescribed by a licensed medical doctor. Sometimes the drug addictions lead to death.

Parents around the world are witness to their childrens addiction to drugs. Its not the parents fault for placing their trust in a licensed medical doctor who destroy families.

Sometimes the guilty doctor takes the blame for over prescribing pharmaceutical medications like Percocet, Oxycontin, Xanax and Lorcet to a parents child who eventually became addicted to them. This addiction to drugs caused a mental illness that made the victim kill his wife and child.

It should not only be the doctor to blame but the pharmaceutical companies who produce the drugs. What do you think?

Don't you think its time for dr. sober companion?

Family sues wrestler Chris Benoit’s doctor
Wrongful death suit filed in federal court in Newnan
By MEGAN MATTEUCCI

A Carrollton doctor who prescribed drugs to professional wrestler Chris Benoit should pay for the lives of the wrestler’s deceased wife and son, the victims’ family says.

On Wednesday, the family filed a wrongful death suit in U.S. District Court against Dr. Phil Carroll Astin III and three unnamed drug distributors.

The suit claims the doctor and distributors prescribed drugs that caused Benoit to strangle his wife Nancy and smother 7-year-old son Daniel inside their Fayette County home in 2007.

Astin is now serving a 10-year prison sentence for illegally dispensing drugs.

Astin’s lawyer, Natasha Perdew Silas, could not be immediately reached for comment.

The suit claims that Astin prescribed painkillers, steroids and muscle relaxants to Benoit from June 2000 to June 23, 2007 – the day Benoit killed his family and then hanged himself.

The suit alleges that Astin has a responsibility to monitor Benoit and warn him of the side effects of the drugs. The suit also includes an affidavit by a veteran Long Island sports medicine doctor, who reviewed Benoit’s medical records.

The physician, Dr. Gary Wadler, found that Astin prescribed Benoit the medication without proper diagnosis or monitoring. The drugs ultimately caused Benoit’s “mental, physical, emotional and/or behavioral health to deteriorate to extent he killed” his family, Wadler said.

“It is my opinion, to a reasonable degree of medical certainty and medical probability, that Astin was negligent in his care and treatment of Benoit,” wrote Wadler, a member of the World Anti-Doping Agency’s board.

The suit seeks financial damages to cover the “full value” of the deceased lives, along with money for pain, suffering and expenses. The suit requests a jury trial.

Nancy Benoit’s parents, Maureen and Paul Toffoloni of Florida, filed the suit in U.S. District Court in Newnan. The Toffoloni’s handle Nancy and Daniel Benoit’s estate.

Earlier this year, Astin pleaded guilty to writing 175 illegal prescriptions for 19 patients, including two that died of drug overdoses. Federal prosecutors argued that Astin illegally prescribed drugs such as Percocet, Oxycontin, Xanax and Lorcet to professional wrestlers who eventually became addicted to them.

Does Ashley Biden have a drug addiction?

Does the daughter of the vice president of the USA Joe Biden have a drug addiction?

Joe Biden's daughter Ashley Biden was allegedly recently video recorded snorting cocaine at a party in Delaware in March 2009. Just like Al Gore's son who also had a drug addiction and was convicted after being caught with various drugs. When will the parents who are rich and famous realise they must pay more attention to their children? When will you help your children fight addiction to drugs and alcohol with someone like dr. sober companion?

doctors made them addicts with to many prescriptions

medical doctors over-prescribing medications to your children might be the cause of their death, and its becoming much more common. This is for real, and it's scary.

doctors of anna nicole smith have recently turned themselves in, and it is only now bringing light to the issue of the biggest drug pushers are not on the streets, but in medical offices. These doctors went to college, have medical degrees, but are no better than gangsters and hoodlums selling drugs on the street.

Dr. Khristine Eroshevich surrendered Monday to face charges of excessively prescribing drugs to Anna Nicole Smith before the former model's 2007 overdose death at age 39

Eroshevich is charged with conspiring with another doctor and Smith's lawyer-turned-boyfriend Howard K. Stern.

Attorney General Jerry Brown alleges the doctors falsified prescriptions and prescribed unwarranted amounts of highly addictive medications to Smith. Eroshevich's attorney says she was only protecting Smith's privacy.

In addition to conspiracy, the charges filed Thursday include unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance and prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict. Stern faces six felony counts and the doctors face seven each.

Each defendant faces up to five years, eight months in prison, district attorney spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons said.

"Howard K. Stern is the principal enabler, and Dr. Eroshevich and Dr. Kapoor are prescribing drugs excessively to a known addict and using false and fictitious names, all in violation of the law," Brown said.

Medical Board of California spokeswoman Candis Cohen said action would be taken against the two doctors' medical licenses after the criminal proceedings had been resolved. A range of disciplinary action could be taken, depending on the evidence, including possible revocation of their licenses.

chris benoit was given to much prescriptions as well by his doctor:

TMZ has learned that federal prosecutors say doctors over-prescribed testosterone to wrestler Chris Benoit.

The revelation comes to light as new court papers have been filed in the criminal case against Benoit's personal physician, Dr. Phil Astin. The Feds have charged Astin with over-prescribing medication to two other patients, and are expected to file more charges against him.

The AP reports Benoit had roughly ten times the normal level of testosterone in his system when he died.

Cops say Benoit strangled his wife Nancy and 7-year-old son, then hanged himself last June in their Atlanta home. One theory suspects so-called "roid rage" as a reason for the killings.

Then the documentary that alarmed me the most. We sat in little school desks. Then came the statistics of how many of our children are being "diagnosed" with "mental health" issues. They are quickly put on SSRIs, or selective serotonin re uptake inhibitors and what are now commonly called Chemical Babysitters, Prozac, Zoloft, Paxil, Ritalin and a host of others. It stated that the psychiatric community has a goal ..to get as many children diagnosed and on these "medications" as they can. They also stated some alarming facts about the number of high school shootings committed by young men on or having just come off of these "prescribed" drugs which is now just coming to light.

The family of the late Phil Hartman are suing Pfizer and claiming his wife was on Zoloft when she killed him and herself. Kurt Cobain overdosed on Rohypnol in March of 1994 a month before he shot and killed himself. Stevie Nicks said her 8 year addiction to Klonopin was worse than her cocaine addiction. Anna Nicole Smith and her son both died from prescription drug cocktails. And now we are getting a clearer picture of Brittany Spears bizarre behavior, prescription drugs again.

This is a very scary epidemic but not exclusive to movie stars, its as easy for anyone to get the same drugs as it is for the rich and famous thats the point and one they hope we will not wake up to.

young sports agent at CAA dies of drug use or was it just a suicide?

The following obituary of a young man may have occured long ago, but the reality of drug and alcohol addiction is just as big a problem today as it was back then. Depression caused by the economy may even be a bigger concern as young people cannot find jobs and turn to drugs and alcohol to escape their lives problems.

Finding someone to watch over your friends and family like dr. sober companion, can be the difference between life and death. Don't you want to keep your son or daughter alive, long enough to have reached the young age 36?

Jay Moloney, the former CAA "Young Turk" whose meteoric rise as an agent was followed by an equally terrifying free fall into drug addiction, died Tuesday morning in an apparent suicide, authorities said. He turned 35 on Sunday.

Word of Moloney's death swept rapidly through the industry drawing an emotional response from industry friends and former colleagues. CAA president notified CAA staff via a heartfelt e-mail.

Moloney was found hanged in a shower in his Hollywood Hills home about 8 a.m., the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office said. A male friend who was staying in the house called 911 when he heard the shower running for some time.

Moloney was last seen alive sometime between 12:30-1:30 a.m., when he apparently locked himself inside the master bedroom, said L.A. County Coroner's spokesman Scott Carrier. He added that, while the investigation was ongoing, it appeared there was no foul play and no suicide note.

The coroner's office said Moloney had a "history of despondency."

Moloney's death follows years of battling substance abuse. Earlier this year, he was trying once again to re-establish himself in Hollywood after several years of exile. In April, he was named president of Paradise Music & Entertainment, the company newly formed by Bob Dylan's son Jesse, but lost his post there after several months.

"I knew Jay as a decent, hard-working guy," said Ron Meyer, who was president of Universal Studios and a co-founder of CAA. "It's a tragic waste of what could have been a full, productive life."

"He was always trying to get better. So many people worked to try and help Jay," said Andrew Jarecki, CEO of Moviefone and a longtime friend. "If there is any solace, it's that every one of his friends (was) there for him and tried hard to help him. This is a disease that was more powerful than all of his powerful friends."

During his 35 years, Moloney saw some extraordinary highs and lows, even by Hollywood standards.

Raised in Malibu and Newport, Ore., Moloney was the son of screenwriter Jim Moloney. While attending USC film school in May 1984, he landed a job in the CAA mailroom. Almost immediately, the 19-year-old was afforded a grand opportunity -- to work as Michael Ovitz's assistant.

"I am shocked and saddened by Jay's death," Ovitz said in a statement. "He was an incredibly talented man with a kind and gentle soul. Unfortunately, his personal struggles were too great to overcome. I will cherish our friendship, and his memory will remain with me always."

Moloney remained in Ovitz's office for three years before becoming a full-fledged agent. With Ovitz's help, he started handling the careers of some of the biggest names in the business. Among his clients (or clients he represented with Ovitz) were such A-list talent as Martin Scorsese, Ron Bass, Sean Connery, Leonardo DiCaprio, Steven Spielberg, Bill Murray, Dustin Hoffman, David Letterman, Tim Burton and Uma Thurman.

"Jay was the reason that I signed with CAA," said screenwriter Bass, who knew him since 1989. "Before I even signed, he said, 'I'm going to be your agent,' and he went out and he flew across the country and got me a job working for Robert Redford. He did all this without any guarantee of a commission. He was one of the most lovely, charming, unforgettable people that I've seen in the 30-some years I've been in the business. I loved him. I guess (this is) a day I kidded myself would never come."

When Ovitz exited CAA to join the Walt Disney Co. in 1995, Moloney became one of the young agents named to run the agency, joining eight other managing partners including Richard Lovett, Rick Nicita, Lee Gabler, Bryan Lourd, Kevin Huvane, David O'Connor, Tom Ross and Jack Rapke.

About the same time, Moloney's close friends began to learn that he was battling a serious drug problem, and in May 1996 -- unable to kick his addiction -- he resigned from CAA. Subsequently, he spoke about spending time in rehab with reporter John Brodie for a Premiere magazine profile that was published in July 1997.

After leaving CAA, Moloney's life was a succession of battles to beat his drug habit and return to work. During that time, he was reported to have spent time working on a kibbutz in Israel and as a manual laborer in the Caribbean. But he also made at least one suicide attempt at the Beverly Hills Hotel, according to friends.

Throughout his struggles, many of his former CAA partners, along with Ovitz, remained supportive. About a year ago, there was talk that Moloney would join Ovitz's new venture, Artists Management Group. But nothing materialized from those talks.

In April, Moloney was named to run Paradise. But by August, he had stopped coming to work and was reportedly back in rehab, with M. Jay Walkingshaw named to replace him.

"Jay was our brother," the CAA partners said in a statement. "No words can express our sadness and grief at this moment. Everyone who knew Jay loved him."

"He had this youthful energy and exuberance and at the same time was incredibly fearless," said Amy Baer, Moloney's onetime assistant who is now an executive vp with Columbia Pictures. "I learned from him (that) if there was something you wanted to accomplish, proceed with no fear. He was a great teacher without ever really teaching -- he did it by example."

The coroner's office is continuing its investigation and will conduct complete toxicology tests, the results of which will not be available for six to eight weeks.

James David "Jay" Moloney is survived by his mother, Carole Johnson, and his two brothers, Sean and Darren. Funeral arrangements have yet to be determined.

financial advisers reveal secrets of the wealthy and why rich kids get addicted to drugs and alcohol

financial advisers to the rich and wealthy - by dr. sober companion dr. rob tencer

While most people in world envy the rich, financial advisers reveal the secret that wealthy people are not happy. Money is the weapon of choice that wealthy parents use to ruin their children. While some parents are responsible, most are not. Financial advisers see this on a daily basis.

The danger of money is overlooked in the financial literature. Perhaps financial advisers have little patience with your seemingly enviable problems. While you deserve our understanding and even sympathy. Anything that prevents people from developing a functional reciprocity with the world is destructive.

Both the rich and the poor can grow up without exposure to functional people and realistically attainable goals and acquirable skills.

Financial advisers need to overcome their envy long enough to understand the problem. Money is powerful. It can do good or it can do harm.

Lets discuss the various forms of money that wealthy parents have and how they use it as a weapon on their children.

Fuck You Money - This is when the parents have so much money, they will never have to work a day in their lives, nor will their children have to work to make a living.

Go Away Money - This is when the parents have their own lives, and want a total seperation from their children from spoiling their individuality. The parent is able to make their children go away simply by throwing money at them.

The harm that is caused by using these techniques on the wealthy parents own children, drives the children to pick up addictions. The rich parents are directly responsible for causing their childrens addiction to drugs and their alcoholism.

If the wealthy parent deals with their children when its to late, this could result in their childs death. Simply by cutting off their childrens money might cause them to seek out illegel means for supplying their addictions. Sometimes the cause of this parental problem is when a parent married into wealth and has no idea that acting this way to their children is like allowing them to play with a loaded gun. If the parents were both from money, then they understood what harm they could cause their children by giving them fuck you money or go away money could cause. They can't simply be blameless in this case for causing their childrens drug and alcohol addiction, leading to their childrens death.

The cause is you as the parent, but the cure is also with you as the parent.

Parents often ask dr. sober companion:

What you can do to help my children?

How can you help with their addictions?

How do you stop them from drinking and their alcoholism?

Is it to late to help my children?

dr. sober companion answers with the simple fact that as long as your children are still living, you have a chance as a parent to help them. Its only late when their dead.

Don't wait til you have killed your children.

why do drug rehab clinics hire family therapists to help with addictions?

rehab and family therapists - by dr. sober companion dr. rob tencer

Family therapists agree that wealth does not make people happy. Family therapists are hired by the rehab clinic to help with the family problems that arise when you have wealthy parents.

Problems like the money you give to your son or daughter, which is either through a trust fund or allowance.

You as a parent have created an inherently unequal relationship, with your children in which they are essentially employed by you. Your children believe the family money belongs to them when they reach a certain age.

While a good parent would involve themselves in their children lives, you can control and develop a loving relationship with your children. You can control the family life and the good family relationship in a positive way with the use of the money.

What often happens though, when you don't supply your children with this loving family atmosphere is that your children experiment by spending the money you control.

Your children become angry and resentful at your efforts at control, and your children gets their only sense of power by blowing money foolishly. Without your love and your time invested in your children, your children are likely to be in a state of permanent rebellion.

The problems of the rich, whether the Kennedy's, the Windsors, or the lottery winners are rarely caused just by the money. No amount of money can create good genes or good parents or good relationship or even good luck.

Wealth alone can neither cause nor cure the pains of life, it can just make them inexplicable to the envious.

Although the rich are as much in need of help as anyone else, they are an overlooked phenomenon in the family psychotherapy literature.

Wealth is not good for children. As Andree Aelion Brooks (1989) noted, it creates a lifetime dependency upon rich parents, belittles children's own accomplishments, distorts their relationships with their peers, makes them distrustful of friendships, and increases their sense of what is enough.

Fuck You Money - This is when the parents have so much money, they will never have to work a day in their lives, nor will their children have to work to make a living.

i just finished a rehab clinic but not cured

strong bonds with your rehab facility are not free

when you stayed at the rehab clinic, rehab house, rehab resort, rehab mansion, your environment was different than on your own. they had you meet with doctors, therapists, personal trainers, hypnotherapists, family shrinks, and spiritual counselors. just like when someone is in a prison, it makes the time go by quicker if your mind is in something else.

by feeding you all these treatments and therapies they lock you into a new addiction. this new addiction is created to make a strong bond between the rehab facility and you. that's why they provide you with their own sober companions, because they can control the sober companion and keep the strong bond by continuing to control you. They build loyalty by addicting you to their services, none of which are free.

break the bonds and choose an independent sober companion

if you had enough of the rehab facility when you left or were asked to leave, then break your bonds of addiction to them and try dr. sober companion.

dr. sober companion is not controlled by the rehab facility and does not give kickbacks for continuing to keep people addicted to them.

dr. sober companion does not use addiction tricks like replacement therapy

Is replacemt therapy the immedate cure?

The main ingredient that some rehab centers and sober companions that work with the rehab centers use for an immediate cure for a drug and alcohol addict is to feed them another ingredient to replace the original addiction. this is known as the replacement therapy

dr. sober companion, what do you mean: "replace my addiction with another addiction?"

For instance, if you are addicted to drugs and alcohol, there is a technique used called replacement therapy, which simply means replace one addiction with a pharmaceutical replacement, that is every bit as addictive as the original.

Some of these replacement medications are:

  • Suboxone
  • Naltrexone

The rehab center or sober companion associated with a rehab center and its medical physician will place you on these replacement therapies to control your addiction, ease discomfort from cravings during withdrawal and other psychiatric medications where indicated for treatment of co-occurring disorders.
(They are every bit as addictive as what they are replacing.)

why begin the cycle of addiction again?

This is not really a cure for your addiction, nor is it recommended if you really want to end your addiction to pharmaceuticals, medications, or drugs or even alcohol. The pharmaceutical versions that control your cravings are every bit as strong and works on the same part of your brain as the drugs you became addicted to originally. Its no cure, its just a replacement.

how is dr. sober companion different?

dr. sober companion is not interested in replacing one addiction with another addiction, that may be worse than the original, and much easier to get.

why is dr. sober companion's approach unpredictable?

dr. sober companion uses a different approach that is more realistic to a natural reaction that might cause you to seek your drugs or alcohol, but you don't. Its this real life experience, that dr. sober works on. its the unpredictable life experience that dr. sober companion prepares you for.

How is dr. sober companion going to stop me from my addictions?

dr. sober companion teaches how to react to an unpredictable lifestyle, that could be filled with stress and psychological trauma. Its how you react and are taught to react to these situations, that cure you of them. This is how dr. sober gets you through your life one day at a time.

note: while dr. sober companion cannot go into details on how he preforms the unpredictable method in this blog, because this is the secret dr. sober companion's method. This method is reserved for dr. sober companion clients only.

Why is Shia LaBeouf driving and why celebrities keep getting DUI after DUI

Shia LeBeouf - alcoholic - addict - arrested for DUI, again and again and again...

Have another drink Shia LeBeouf. What me worry about DUI? I'm famous!

Why is Shia LaBeouf driving? Why is Shia LaBeouf driving drunk? Why is Shia LaBeouf driving drunk and getting multiple DUI arrests? How can this be that he has not been locked up? Why hasn't Shia LeBeouf calling dr. sober companion

Yes its true that lawyers can do magic when they are paid to do their job expertly at getting socialites and celebrities and people with a lot of money, off the hook with jail time.

What happens if you choose the wrong lawyer? Can you fathom your son or daughter actually doing jail time? Wouldn't a better gaurantee be to hire dr. sober companion and prevent your kids from driving under the influence of drugs, alcohol or both?

Wouldn't it be better money spent on dr. sober companion life insurance policy then paying large sums of money to defend your children in court when they knowingly have done something wrong and were caught?

Shia LaBeouf's own father gave the curse of alcoholism and drug addictions to his son, himself has been battling alcoholism and drug addiction for years.

Have another drink Shia LeBeouf. What me worry about DUI? I'm famous!

Shia LaBeouf, was predictably arrested early Sunday morning on suspicion of DUI. It was only a matter of time, that he would have another DUI.

While making a left turn, Shia LaBeouf hit another car, and his truck rolled over. According to the police, “It was immediately apparent to officers responding on the scene that Shia LaBeouf was intoxicated and he was subsequently placed under arrest.”

Shia LaBeouf was treated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for injuries he sustained to his head, left hand and knee. Although his passenger and the driver of the other car also were hurt, the injuries (thankfully) were not serious. The actor was booked for a misdemeanor DUI and released.

If Shia LaBeouf pleads guilty to the DUI, a typical punishment generally includes: (1) three years of probation; (2) DUI classes; (3) driver’s license suspension; (4) monetary fines; and (5) mandatory attendance at a morgue or MADD class.

Have another drink Shia LeBeouf. What me worry about DUI? I'm famous!

Shia LaBeouf will fight tooth and nail to keep his driver's license, and his lawyer now has a plan.

We've learned today's DMV hearing to yank Shia LaBeouf's license has been postponed. Under California law, anyone in an accident who refuses to submit to a blood alcohol test generally has their license yanked automatically.

Shia LaBeouf's lawyer, Michael Norris, tells us he believes he can convince the DMV that when Shia LaBeouf was asked to submit to the test, he was in no position to respond. Norris says, "Asking someone to provide a blood or breath test while they're being prepared for surgery on a gurney is a very unusual situation."

Norris says Shia LaBeouf wasn't asked to submit to the test until he was already at the hospital for several hours.

Norris tells us he's asking the Sheriff's Department to turn over all videos they have of Shia LaBeouf that night, including a video of the intersection that presumably captured the entire scene. Norris says he wants to see if Shia LaBeouf was "legally arrested." Its still high time to call dr. sober companion to rescue the boy from further harm to himself and the strangers he gets into accidents with.

Could this be the future for drug addicted alcoholic Shia LeBeouf?
